Mary Mayer, the owner of Cheese and Mary will walk you through the cheese and meat selection process, the fine art of cutting and arranging your cheese, creative embellishments including the Salami rose, Alternating Wedge, the Triangle Fan and new tricks with Kiwi & Radishes.
Each guest will prepare their own "Cheese for Two" to take home and enjoy!
